Welcome to Virtue. 'Work is good for people', a bold statement and one to which we here at Virtue agree with, but we didn't make it up, it was featured in Dame Carol Black's report 'Working for a healthier tomorrow'.
The simple truth is that work provides us with a range of factors which are linked to human well being, feeling needed, social interaction and of course earning a living which pays for nice things like holidays and new bikes for the children.
