My experience of running a business goes back to the mid 1980's, many things have changed in the intervening years, however one thing remains as true now as it did then, the customer is king, it may no longer be fashionable to say it and many business' will pay lip service to it, but as long as the customer is happy she/he will keep using our services and that is all that matters.
