My relationship with Virtue began after I had reached stalemate with an employee who had been off for an extended period. Having explained the situation to Nick Hodson he was very supportive of our situation and accepted we needed to gain a greater understanding behind the reasons for absence.

Throughout the process Virtue remained optimistic and assured me that they would do everything possible to resolve the matter positively. Whilst I cannot explain the complexities of the situation I would certainly recommend Virtue as the advice and support given was very beneficial. Virtue operate an Occupational Health Service based in Chester. Their team provide bi monthly health checks for our staff from new starter health screening to confidential personal advice.

Feedback is provided when appropriate to allow the business to professionally manage any staff with "difficulties" which could otherwise affect their ability to perform at work. Virtue also have a Health and Safety Advisory Service.

We have found the services to be professional throughout. I would have no problem recommending Virtue.
